Clearance items, shipping fees and sales tax are not counted towards the merchandise subtotal. Only one promotional code can be used per order. Free Shipping promotion may not be combined with any other offers unless explicitly noted.

Expedited shipping may not be avaialble to all Country/States, all sxpedited quoted price subject to time limit and may expire anytime, rate cannot be guaranteed.

* Two Day and Next Day orders must be submitted by 1:00 PM PST. If the order is placed before 1:00 PST then you can use the chart above to see when it will arrive. If the order is placed after 1:00 PST then add one additional day.
* We do not ship on holidays such as New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
* We cannot guarantee delivery dates will be met for expedited shipping methods on clearance merchandise because clearance merchandise is in very limited supply and it may take additional days to process and ship.
* Item must be in stock. Pre-order items will ship on or about their expected ship date.

WHERE WE SHIP

UNITED STATES (48 CONTIGUOUS STATES)

We strive to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. The cost for shipping vary depending on both your order's weight and size. Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. We ship all orders in the continental US via FedEx. Orders arrive within 3-7 business days unless Two Day or Overnight shipping was selected.

HAWAII AND ALASKA CUSTOMERS

The cost for shipping vary with size and weight of the items. Items going to Hawaii and Alaska may shipped via FedEx, USPS, or other carrier; arrival time may vary depend on service level.

P.O. Boxes

At this time we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes due to carrier's limitation. Please use alternate shipping address to receive your order.

US VIRGIN ISLANDS, PUERTO RICO AND GUAM CUSTOMERS

The cost for shipping vary with size and weight of the items. Your order may ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS or any other carriers. Please contact us for details. 1-2 weeks may be required for delivery.

MILITARY/AIR FORCE BASE CUSTOMERS

The cost for shipping vary with size and weight of the items. Your order may shipped via FedEx, USPS, or other carriers; arrival time may vary depend on service level.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAILS

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped that will include the FedEx or other carrier's tracking number. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment. You can also check the status of your order anytime by clicking on the Order Tracking link in the order detail page or by logging in to My Account and going to My Orders.

SHIPPING IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES

If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

There are three easy ways to track your order:

  • Click on the Order Tracking link in the order detail page.
  • Log in to My Account and go to the My Orders section. From there you will be able to choose which order you'd like to view and you will have an option to track the order.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. The email will include the tracking number.

DELIVERING YOUR PACKAGE

  • We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
  • Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
  • Most items are available to ship in 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.
